The Zeiss Secacam 7 is a transmission-capable device that allows you to transfer the captured photos and videos directly to the app on your mobile device. It is also possible to access the data via a Zeiss user account on a PC through the website. For data transmission, Zeiss offers affordable and monthly cancellable service packages, but you can also opt for a prepaid option.

More user comfort
As an upgrade to the Secacam 5, the recording lens is placed above the front cover. This allows you to monitor the recording area live on the display during installation. Additionally, it has a battery magazine, so you can quickly and easily replace the batteries without disassembling the wildlife camera.

The Zeiss Secacam 7 wildlife camera provides you with clear and high-contrast images at a resolution of 1,920×1,440 px. For monitoring in problematic lighting conditions and at night in complete darkness, it is equipped with an infrared flash with 60 black LEDs – range 30 m – and an extremely light-sensitive sensor. The motion sensor accurately detects the appearance of wildlife within a field of view of 60°. The Secacam 7 reacts very quickly with a trigger time of <0.35 ~0.45 s and automatically adjusts the strength of the invisible flash.

Easy installation
Due to its compact design and low weight, the Secacam 7 wildlife camera can be mounted anywhere, in tight and hard-to-reach places or on trees and bushes. This ensures that no terrain and no habitat goes unobserved. The installation at the site is done via strap, cable lock, or tripod adapter (not included). The wildlife camera is robust, even under the harshest environmental conditions. Its housing is waterproof, and it is unaffected by heat, hail, and snow.

Plug-and-Play
The camera requires the included 8 LR6 (AA) batteries, and the 32 GB SD memory card is already pre-installed in the Secacam 7, so you can activate it directly after installation. The time and date are also already set. The operation is simple and intuitive; you do not need extensive technical knowledge. The intelligent pre-configured default settings cover the most common application areas. Modifications can be easily made on the 2.4'' color display and the backlit buttons.

Communication with your device
The LTE module with the multi-roaming SIM card connects to the networks of various providers and automatically prefers the best network at the location. The Secacam 7 is capable of transmission in 35 countries at no extra charge, including Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom.
