The SG550 from G&G was developed in collaboration with TMT and SwissArms and was realized based on the original blueprints; the result is very convincing. The AEG largely corresponds to the original and feels like it, even the smallest details have been adopted.

For example, the charging handle can be removed and the position of the gas nozzle can be adjusted. The receiver is made of steel sheet, the handguard and the piston are made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic. The precision is very high and the reliability is also very impressive.

Where the real SG550 has the gas tube and the gas piston, the battery is housed in the Airsoft version, which is placed in a tube. To achieve good performance, we recommend 11.1V batteries.

Die SG550 von G&G wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit TMT und SwissArms entwickelt und konnte basierend auf den Originalbauplänen verwirklicht werden; das Ergebnis ist sehr überzeugend. Die AEG entspricht weitest gehend dem Original und fühlt sich auch so an, selbst kleinste Details wurden übernommen. So kann beispielsweise der Verschlusshebel entfernt und die Position der Gasdüse verstellt werden. Das Verschlussgehäuse besteht aus Stahlblech, der Handschutz und der Kolben sind aus glasfaserverstärktem Kunststoff. Die Präzision ist sehr hoch und auch die Zuverlässigkeit ist sehr beeindruckend. Dort wo bei der echten SG550 das Gasrohr und die Gasstange ist, ist bei der Airsoft-Version der Akku untergebracht, dieser wird in einem Rohr platziert. Um eine gute Performance zu erreichen empfehlen wir 11.1V Akkus. Ein Akku ist im Lieferumfang nicht inbegriffen. Ein Ladegerät ist im Lieferumfang nicht inbegriffen.
