Germanic Rider's Axe with a blade made of 420 stainless steel and a wooden handle from the 15th century.

Battle axes were available as mounted weapons or foot soldier weapons in various lengths. They were, alongside the mace, the typical cutting weapons of the Renaissance. The sharp spike of the rider's axe could easily penetrate even thick plate armor.

Germanen Reiteraxt mit Klingenblatt aus 420er Edelstahl und Holzgriff aus dem 15. Jahrhundert.

Streitäxte gab es als Reiterwaffe oder Fußsoldatenwaffe in verschiedene Längen. Sie waren neben den Streitkolben die typischen Hiebwaffen der Renaissance. Der spitze Dorn der Reiteraxt konnte problemlos selbst dicke Plattenrüstung durchschlagen.
