Weihrauch Arminius HW 38 2.5 inch barrel. Early production from 1971. Barrel profile mirror bright, grooves and lands sharp-edged. Affordable, handy revolver. With rounded edges, it can also be carried in a hunting backpack and bag. With 2 1/2" barrel, rounded grip scales, fixed sights, and hammer spur with rounded edges. The heavily stressed parts barrel, cylinder, recoil shield, and cylinder axis bushing are made of steel. The frame has been manufactured by Weihrauch from zinc die-cast for decades. With side-swinging cylinder with cylinder axis, ventilated rail, and single and double-action trigger. The revolver has hardly been fired in hunting use but shows signs of wear on the finish, mainly on the edges. Otherwise in very good condition. Caliber: .38Special. Proof: Munich 1971. Weihrauch Arminius HW 38 2,5 Zoll Lauf. Frühe Fertigung von 1971. Laufprofil spiegelblank, Züge und Felder scharfkantig. Preisgünstiger, handlicher Revolver. Mit abgerundeten Kanten kann auch im Jagdrucksack und Tasche getragen werden. Mit 2 1/2" Lauf, abgrundeten Griffschalen, starrer Visierung und Hahnsporn mit abgerundeten Kanten. Die stark belasteten Teile Lauf, Trommel, Stoßboden und Trommelachsenbuchse aus Stahl. Der Rahmen wird seit Jahrzehnten von Weihrauch aus Zinkdruckguß gefertigt. Mit seitlich ausschwenkbarer Trommel mit Trommelachse, ventilierter Schiene und Single- und Double-Action-Abzug. Der Revolver war im jagdlichen Einsatz kaum geschossen aber mit Tragespuren an der Lackierung, hauptsächlich an den Kanten. Sonst in sehr guten Zustand. Kaliber: .38Special. Beschuss: München 1971.
