This revolver comes from a sports shooter and weapons collector. The hardly fired Smith & Wesson revolver is suitable for sport shooting, but due to its 15 cm (6 inch) barrel, it is also suitable for tracking. The grip is a right-handed form grip from Karl Nill. The frame is a medium-sized L-Frame. It has a long ejector housing and the fluted steel cylinder holds 6 rounds. According to the serial number, the weapon was produced in 1998 and imported through Belgium. The weapon has a Belgian proof mark and additionally a CIP proof mark from 2022 from the proof house in Mellrichstadt, as the revolver has received a new barrel.

Dieser Revolver stammt von einem Sportschützen und Waffensammler. Der kaum geschossene Smith & Wesson Revolver ist für das sportliche Schießen, aber durch seinen 15 cm (6 Zoll) Lauf für die Nachsuche geeignet. Der Griff ist ein Rechtshänder Formgriff der Firma Karl Nill. Der Rahmen ist ein mittelgroßer L-Frame. Er hat ein langes Ausstoßergehäuse und die geflutete Stahltrommel faßt 6 Schuß. Laut Seriennummer wurde die Waffe 1998 produziert und über Belgien eingeführt. Die Waffe verfügt über einen belgischen Beschuß und zusätzlich noch über einen CIP Beschuß 2022 vom Beschußamt Mellrichstadt, da der Revolver einen neuen Lauf bekommen hat.
