Honsanmai blade means that actually different types of steel with varying hardness were used in the forging process and not the same type, as is often strangely seen on the internet. Honsanmai is a demanding construction as it involves 3 different hardnesses. However, it is often used because it is relatively simple to construct. In this sword, the core and spine have a hardness of 40-42 HRC. The edge of the blade has a hardness of 58-60 HRC. The sides have a hardness of 50-52 HRC. The blade was treated with clay hardening. The hamon is naturally real. Otherwise, only the highest quality materials were used for this sword, such as solid wood for the saya. All fittings are made of metal. The handle wrapping is Katate Maki, commonly known as war wrapping. Demons are depicted on the tsuba. Ideal fr Schnitttest.Honsanmai Klinge, das bedeutet, dass tatschlich Stahlsorten mit verschiedener Hrte fr den Schmiedeprozess verwendet wurden und nicht ein und dieselbe Sorte, wie man es komischerweise oft im Internet sieht.Honsanmai ist eine anspruchsvolle Konstruktion, da sie 3 verschiedene Hrten beinhaltet. Wird aber gerne verwendet, da sie dafr noch verhltnismig simpel aufgebaut ist.Bei diesem Schwert haben Kern und Rcken eine Hrte von 40-42 HRC. Die Schneide der Klinge hat eine Hrte von 58-60 HRC. Die Seite haben die Hrte 50-52 HRC.Die Klinge wurde mit Lehm-Hrtung bearbeitet. Die Hamon ist natrlich echt.Ansonsten wurden fr dieses Schwert nur die hochwertigsten Materialien verwendet, wie z.B. das Massivholz fr die Saya.
