The new Hornady A-Tip Match bullet - the result of years of research, development, and testing by Hornady engineers in conjunction with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities!
The CNC-machined aluminum tip is tailored to the respective bullet in length and weight, providing an extremely low air resistance due to its extension and significantly improving flight stability through the shift of the center of gravity. Combined with a precision-pressed lead core and an AMP® bullet jacket that exhibits perfect roundness and uniform wall thickness, this high-performance match bullet is designed for long-range shots with the best possible ballistic coefficient and utmost precision!
The bullets are continuously packaged directly after manufacturing by the press and are not, as is customary, cleaned and polished, which would mix them. Hornady thus ensures that each 100-pack contains 100 bullets made from a single batch. Each 100-pack includes a "bullet cleaning bag" that can be used to remove any residues of lubricants that may have adhered to the bullet during manufacturing.

Die CNC-gefertigte Aluminiumspitze ist auf das jeweilige Geschoss in Länge und Gewicht abgestimmt, sorgt durch ihre Verlängerung für einen extrem niedrigen Luftwiderstand und verbessert durch die Verschiebung des Schwerpunkts die Flugstabilität maßgeblich. Kombiniert mit einem präzisionsgepressten Bleikern und einem AMP®-Geschossmantel, der perfekte Rundlaufgenauigkeit und gleichmäßige Wandstärken vorweist, steht dieses High Performance Match-Geschoss für Weitschüsse mit bestmöglichem ballistischen Koeffizienten und höchste Präzision!
Die Geschosse werden direkt nach der Herstellung fortlaufend von der Presse verpackt und nicht, wie üblich, gereinigt und poliert und dadurch vermischt. Hornady stellt somit sicher, dass sich in jeder 100er Packung 100 chargenrein gefertigte Geschosse befinden. Jeder 100er Packung liegt ein „Geschoßreinigungssack“ bei, mit dem man ggf. Rückstände von Schmierstoffen entfernen kann, die bei der Herstellung am Geschoss haften geblieben sind.
