Starline Cases .454 Casull 100 pieces Originally developed in 1957, the .454 Casull is today one of the most powerful revolver cartridges. It is essentially a Magnum version of the .45 Colt. It has been lengthened by 0.100 inches, so it cannot be fired in a .45 Colt firearm, although .45 Colt can safely be fired in a .454 Casull.
