The Redding "Ultra-Mag" reloading press is designed for reloaders who want to reload large cartridges up to .45-120 or .470 NE.
The massive C-frame has a working height of 120 mm and is very accessible due to the lack of a front support. To maintain operating comfort, the operating lever has been offset to the side. The long leverage makes calibrating and reshaping large cases a breeze. This press also accommodates dies with standard threads of 7/8"-14 and 11/4"-12, just like the "Big-Boss". Die Redding „Ultra-Mag”-Ladepresse ist für die Wiederlader gedacht, die große Patronen bis zur .45-120 oder .470 NE wiederladen möchten.
Der massive C-Rahmen hat eine Arbeitshöhe von 120 mm und ist durch die fehlende vordere Stütze sehr gut zugänglich. Um den Bedienungskomfort nicht wieder einzuschränken, wurde der Bedienhebel seitlich versetzt. Die lange Übersetzung macht das Kalibrieren und Umformen von großen Hülsen zu einem Kinderspiel. Auch diese Presse nimmt, wie die „Big-Boss”, Matrizen mit den Standardgewinden 7/8”-14 und 11/4”-12 auf.
