Die Woolpower Full Zip Jacke 400 ist als Mittelschicht zwischen Funktionsunterwäsche und Außenbekleidung gedacht und für genau solche ruhigen, kalten Phasen ausgelegt. Das Frottee-Rundstrickgewebe aus Merinowolle bindet durch seine luftigen Schlingen viel Luft, wodurch die Isolationswirkung entsteht, ohne dass die Jacke dabei schwer wird. Da die Jacke rundgestrickt ist, kommt sie ganz ohne Längsnähte aus. Das reduziert Scheuerstellen unter der Außenjacke. Die verlängerte Rückenpartie verhindert zusätzlich, dass beim Vorbeugen oder Sitzen Kälte am unteren Rücken eindringen kann. Der hohe, doppelt gestrickte Kragen schützt den Hals zusätzlich, und Daumenlöcher an den Bündchen halten die Ärmel auch unter Handschuhen an Ort und Stelle.
