Easily upgrade your standard Glock with a modern Mini Red Dot Sight (MRDS). The UTG Red Dot Mounting Plate (RDM-20GL) allows for secure and stable installation of optics with the widely used Docter®/Noblex® footprint directly into the factory sight dovetail of the slide. Thanks to its thoughtful design, no permanent modification or costly milling of the slide is required – the firearm can be returned to its original state at any time.
Extremely Flat Low-Profile Design for Optimal Ergonomics
A key advantage of the RDM-20GL is its extremely low saddle height of just 0.15 inches (approx. 3.8 mm base effective height). This allows the red dot sight to sit as low as physically possible above the bore axis of the barrel, without compromising structural integrity or shot stability. This guarantees intuitive, quick target acquisition and familiar handling behavior of the pistol.
Precise CNC Machining and Rock-Solid Zero Hold
The adapter plate is machined using state-of-the-art CNC technology from high-strength 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum and finished with a matte black anodization. The attachment in the dovetail slot is done via a stable dovetail insert and robust Torx locking screws, ensuring absolute repeatability and shot stability (Zero Hold). All installation materials, including tools, are included for user-friendly mounting.
Compatibility and Important Mounting Notes
The plate is universally compatible with all common double-stack Glock pistols without M.O.S.
Note: The Glock 44 small caliber model is excluded due to its hybrid slide made of steel and polymer.
Important Note for Optic Mounting:
Use only the included special screws of type #6-48 for securing the red dot sight.
The manufacturer recommends a maximum torque of approximately 12 in-lbs (approx. 1.35 Nm) using the T10 Torx tool.

Die UTG Red Dot Montageplatte (RDM-20GL) ermöglicht die sichere und stabile Installation von Optiken mit dem weit verbreiteten Docter®/Noblex®-Footprint direkt in der werkseitigen Kimmen-Nut des Schlittens. Dank des durchdachten Designs ist keine permanente Modifikation oder ein kostspieliges Fräsen des Verschlusses erforderlich – die Waffe kann jederzeit wieder in den Originalzustand zurückversetzt werden.
Extrem flaches Low-Profile-Design für optimale Ergonomie
Ein entscheidender Vorteil der RDM-20GL ist ihre extrem geringe Sattelhöhe von gerade einmal 0,15 Zoll (ca. 3,8 mm Basis-Effektivhöhe). Dadurch sitzt das Leuchtpunktvisier so tief wie physikalisch möglich über der Seelenachse des Laufs, ohne dass dabei Kompromisse bei der strukturellen Integrität oder der Schussfestigkeit eingegangen werden müssen. Dies garantiert eine intuitive, schnelle Zielerfassung und ein gewohntes Führigkeitsverhalten der Pistole.
Präzise CNC-Fräsung und felsenfester Zero-Hold
Die Adapterplatte wird mittels modernster CNC-Technologie aus hochfestem 6061-T6 Flugzeug-Aluminium gefräst und mit einer mattschwarzen Eloxierung veredelt. Die Befestigung in der Schwalbenschwanz-Nut erfolgt über ein stabiles Dovetail-Inlay und robuste Torx-Sperrschrauben, was eine absolute Wiederholgenauigkeit und Schussfestigkeit (Zero Hold) garantiert. Das gesamte Installationsmaterial inklusive Werkzeug ist für eine benutzerfreundliche Montage im Lieferumfang enthalten.
Kompatibilität und wichtige Montagehinweise
Die Platte ist universell kompatibel mit allen gängigen zweireihigen (Double-Stack) Glock-Pistolen ohne M.O.S. .
Achtung: Ausgenommen ist das Kleinkaliber-Modell Glock 44 aufgrund seines Hybrid-Schlittens aus Stahl und Polymer.
Wichtiger Hinweis zur Optikmontage:
Verwenden Sie für die Fixierung des Rotpunktvisiers ausschließlich die beiliegenden Spezialschrauben des Typs #6-48.
Der Hersteller empfiehlt ein maximales Anzugsdrehmoment von ca. 12 in-lbs (ca. 1,35 Nm) unter Verwendung des T10 Torx-Werkzeugs.
