Fruit puree with rye flakes is a tasty and nutritious freeze-dried breakfast with a high proportion of fruit and grains. The breakfast contains no flavor enhancers and thus offers only a slight taste difference compared to cooked porridge. To change the taste as little as possible, Bla Band uses fresh ingredients, all of which are freeze-dried separately. Preparation: Tear off the tip and open the bottom. Add 200-300 ml of boiling water (level G). Stir. Close again. Wait 5 minutes. Add more water if desired. Can also be prepared with cold water, in which case the time extends to 15 minutes. Umrühren. Wieder verschließen. 5 Minuten warten. Auf Wunsch mehr Wasser hinzufügen. Kann auch mit kaltem Wasser zubereitet werden, dann verlängert sich die Zeit auf 15 Minuten.
