Fudo combination stone grit 1000/3000 This synthetic sharpening stone has a high sharpening performance due to its open-pored structure and homogeneous particle embedding. It is to be used only with water and is not exclusively suitable for Japanese kitchen knives. Before use, the stone should be soaked in water for 10 to 15 minutes. Also, during sharpening, the stone should be regularly moistened. Grits up to 1000 are suitable for touch-ups, while higher grits from 3000 provide a fine edge on the blade. This combination sharpening stone comes with a non-slip rubber base. Grit: 1000/3000 Dimensions: 180 x 60 x 27 mm Weight: 645 g (Show description in original language)
