The Zentauron tourniquet holder olive is designed to securely attach a tourniquet or similarly sized items, such as a smoke grenade or a right-angle flashlight, to PAL or MOLLE loops. To do this, the tourniquet holder is simply slid behind the modular loops, and the item is then threaded through the rubber loops.
