The Fox Classic Hunter are lead-free projectiles for all hunting situations, from close shots on a boar during driven hunts to extremely long shots on chamois in the high mountains. The projectiles are lead-free and made from a copper-zinc alloy. The chosen material ensures sufficient deformation even at lower impact velocities (500 m/s). The grooves on the projectile reduce the contact area between the projectile and the rifle barrel, thereby decreasing pressure and increasing speed. The tip is made of thermally stable plastic, which enhances both ballistics and effectiveness. Upon impact, the projectile deforms into a mushroom-shaped structure with double the diameter of the caliber. A controlled and rapid expansion allows for effective energy transfer from the projectile to the game body. All of this together ensures an extraordinary stopping effect while simultaneously preserving the game meat.
