The ahg-bolt protector made of special plastic protects the lock from damage and dirt during transport, which can lead to malfunctions. For safety reasons, the lock of the rifle should always be transported separately and unlocked from the rifle. Most transport companies as well as airlines already legally require the separate transport of the rifle and lock. To protect the lock from damage and malfunctions during separate transport, the ahg-bolt protector was developed. The ahg-bolt protector consists of a plastic sleeve with an integrated lock guide and a removable aluminum end cap, which allows for easy cleaning of the sleeve. The lock is inserted into the protector in a tensioned state and positioned on the lock guide. By turning the chamber rod, the lock is locked in the protector and the firing pin or firing pin spring is automatically relaxed. Suitable for lock Match 54, 1807-1813, 1907-1913, 2007-2013, and 54.30.

ahg-bolt protector aus Spezial Kunststoff schützt beim Transport das Schloss vor Beschädigungen und Schmutz, die zu Funktionsstörungen führen können. Aus Sicherheitsgründen sollte das Schloss des Gewehres immer separat und entriegelt vom Gewehr, transportiert werden. Die meisten Transportunternehmen sowie Air- Lines schreiben den separaten Transport von Gewehr und Schloss schon gesetzlich vor. Um das Schloss beim separaten Transport vor Beschädigungen und Funktionsstörungen zu schützen, wurde der ahg-bolt protector entwickelt. Der ahg-bolt protector besteht aus einer Kunststoffhülse mit eingebauter Schlossführung und abnehmbarer Aluminiumabschlusskappe, die ein einfaches Reinigen der Hülse ermöglicht. Das Schloss wird im gespannten Zustand in den protector gesteckt und dabei auf der Schlossführung positioniert. Durch Drehen des Kammerstengels wird das Schloss im protector verriegelt und automatisch Schlagbolzen bzw. Schlagbolzenfeder entspannt.
