The Ti 48 silencer is the beginning of the new Roedale silencer T3D series. The 3D printing process offers many advantages in terms of production, design, and conceptual possibilities. For the first time, we are able to produce a unique silencer entirely made of titanium through this new manufacturing process. The high strength, especially regarding pressure and heat resistance, combined with low weight, makes titanium the ideal material for silencers. The Ti48 achieves an excellent damping performance between 33-40 dB, depending on the caliber.

Der Ti 48 Schalldämpfer ist der Beginn der neuen Roedale Schalldämpfer T3D-Serie. Das 3D-Druckverfahren birgt viele Vorteile bezüglich der Produktions-, Design- und Konzeptionsmöglichkeiten. Uns gelingt es nun erstmals durch das neue Fertigungsverfahren einen einzigartigen Schalldämpfer komplett aus Titan herzustellen. Die hohe Festigkeit, besonders bezüglich Druck- und Hitzebelastung, bei gleichzeitig geringem Gewicht machen Titan zum idealen Werkstoff für Schalldämpfer. Der Ti48 erreicht kaliberabhängig eine hervorragende Dämpfleistung zwischen 33-40 dB.
