Mantis X2 Training System for Dry Training

The Mantis X2 is a finely adjustable motion sensor that records movement when shooting with a firearm. Requirements for using the system include a rail mount under the weapon, alternatively an adapter, and the appropriate app for Android or iOS operating systems.

The sensor is attached to the rail of the weapon. The free MantisX app is installed on the smartphone, which can be downloaded from the App/Play Store. The Mantis X2 system is exclusively suitable for dry training.
It can be used with both handguns and long guns. MantisX can be adjusted so finely that it reacts even when the firing pin is just released.

The data from the Mantis X2 is transmitted via Bluetooth to the smartphone or tablet and recorded, and can then be evaluated immediately after the shot, or later. A registration is required during the first setup, after which step-by-step instructions are provided in German.

The special feature is that the app not only records and evaluates but also directly describes the mistakes made and gives tips on how to improve shooting.

The Mantis X2 training system includes:

Mantis X2 Trainingssystem für Trockentraining

Das Mantis X2 ist ein fein einstellbarer Bewegungssensor, der die Bewegung beim Schießen mit der Waffe aufzeichnet. Voraussetzungen für den Einsatz des Systems sind eine Rail-Schiene unter der Waffe, alternativ ein Adapter und die passende App für Android oder IOS Betriebssystem.

Der Sensor wird an der Rail-Schiene der Waffe befestigt. Auf dem Smartphone wird die kostenlose MantisX App installiert, die im App-/Play-Store herunterzuladen ist. Das Mantis X2 System ist ausschließlich für Trockentraining geeignet.
Es kann sowohl bei Kurz- als auch bei Langwaffen eingesetzt werden. MantisX kann so fein eingestellt werden, dass es schon reagiert, wenn man nur den Schlagbolzen auslöst.

Die Daten vom Mantis X2 werden über Bluetooth an das Smartphone oder Tablet gesendet und aufgezeichnet und können dann unmittelbar nach dem Schuss, oder auch später, ausgewertet werden. Bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme ist eine Anmeldung erforderlich anschließend wird Schritt für Schritt auf Deutsch angeleitet.

Das Besondere ist, dass die App nicht nur aufzeichnet und auswertet, sondern auch direkt den gemachten Fehler beschreibt und Tipps gibt, wie das Schießen verbessert werden kann.
