yellow = is an edge filter, general contrast enhancement in black and white, reduction of glare
green = reduction of stray light and glare, pleasant color due to high stimulus threshold for the eye
brown = provides daylight conditions under artificial lighting with a blue tint
gray = absorbs color-neutral 75% of the light
light gray = absorbs color-neutral 50% of the light
orange = edge filter for contrast enhancement in black and white, suppression of stray light

Der Gehmann Sechsfarbenfilter ist eine Erweiterung der Irisdiopterscheibe. In diesem Filter sind zusätzlich sechs Farben zu integrieren, um die unterschiedlichen Lichtverhätnisse auszubessern.
