Light, robust and breathable jacket from Rothco. The soft-shell jacket is 100% wind and waterproof and retains heat. The two sleeves of the jacket are equipped with patch panels at the top, to which you can attach patches with Velcro as desired. You also have an underarm pocket on the right sleeve and an upper arm pocket with zipper on the left sleeve. At the ends of the sleeves, there are elastic cuffs with Velcro, which allow you to tighten the sleeves.
