Gunsmithing – a muzzle thread for your long gun including state proofing
Here you have the opportunity to quickly and easily equip your long gun with a muzzle thread.
The work is carried out by an experienced gunsmith master on professional machines.
We cut a muzzle thread for your long or short gun.
All work is carried out without damage, and a new coating of the weapon is not necessary.
In contrast to our competitors, we do not differentiate in price between different weapon models.
We cut muzzle threads on bolt-action rifles, semi-automatic weapons, shotguns, and handguns.
If no modifications to the weapon (e.g., adjustment of the gas system on semi-automatics) are necessary, the price remains the same.
We naturally offer any additional necessary work as well.
As we have been offering this service for several years now, we have gained experience with various
types and models of firearms. We are happy to provide you with extensive advice.
According to §3 of the Proof Act, all changes to essential parts (barrel, bolt, system housing, etc.)
must only be carried out by a gunsmith master business and require a new proof of the weapon.
With us, you are legally on the safe side.
Since the work on your weapon is carried out by an experienced gunsmith master and the weapon
is subsequently presented to a proof office.
This way, you will not be in a position to explain yourself to your authority when the thread on your weapon comes up.
After the purchase, we take care of the entire process for you:
- You send the complete weapon (without optics) to us, or you can drop it off personally in Münster (Westf)
- A suitable muzzle thread is determined with the customer and any additional work is discussed
- Preliminary work is carried out (removing the front sight base, shortening the barrel, etc.)
- The barrel is turned down to the required size and the muzzle is re-crowned
- The previously selected thread is cut onto the barrel
- The weapon is presented to a proof office for inspection and is legally proofed again
- After final inspection in-house, the weapon is sent back to the owner via courier service

Büchsenmacherarbeiten – ein Mündungsgewinde für Ihre Langwaffe inkl. staatlichem Beschuss
Hier erhalten Sie die Möglichkeit, Ihre Langwaffe schnell und unkompliziert mit einem Mündungsgewinde auszustatten.
Durchgeführt wird die Arbeit von einem erfahrenen Büchsenmachermeister auf professionellen Maschinen.
Wir schneiden ein Mündungsgewinde an Ihre Lang- oder Kurzwaffe.
Alle Arbeiten werden Beschädigungsfrei durchgeführt, ein neues Beschichten der Waffe ist nicht notwendig.
Im Gegensatz zu unseren Mitbewerbern unterscheiden wir preislich nicht zwischen verschiedenen Waffenmodellen.
Wir schneiden Mündungsgewinde an Repetierbüchsen, Selbstladewaffen, Flinten und Kurzwaffen.
Wenn keine Änderungen an der Waffe (z.B. Anpassung des Gassystem bei SLBs) notwendig werden, bleibt der Preis gleich.
Entsprechend notwendige Zusatzarbeiten bieten wir selbstverständlich mit an.
Dadurch, dass wir diesen Service nun seit einigen Jahren anbieten, habe wir Erfahrungen mit diversen
Waffentypen und -modellen sammeln können. Gerne beraten wir Sie umfangreich.
Laut §3 Beschussgesetz dürfen alle Änderungen an wesentlichen Teilen (Lauf, Verschluss, Systemgehäuse, usw.)
nur von einem Büchsenmachermeisterbetrieb durchgeführt werden und erfordern einen Neubeschuss der Waffe.
Bei uns sind Sie rechtlich auf der sicheren Seite.
Da die Arbeiten an Ihrer Waffe von einem erfahrenen Büchsenmachermeister durchgeführt werden und die Waffe
anschließend einem Beschussamt vorgelegt wird.
So kommen Sie vor Ihrer Behörde nicht in Erklärungsnot, wenn das Gewinde auf Ihrer Waffe zur Sprache kommt.
Nach dem Kauf kümmern wir uns für Sie um den gesamten Ablauf:
- Sie schicken die komplette Waffe (ohne Optik) zu uns, oder geben sie in Münster (Westf) persönlich ab
- Mit dem Kunden wird ein passendes Mündungsgewinde bestimmt und evtl. Zusatzarbeiten besprochen
- Vorarbeiten werden durchgeführt (Kornsattel entfernen, Lauf kürzen, usw.)
- Der Lauf wird auf das erforderliche Maß abgedreht und die Mündung wird neu angesenkt
- Das vorher ausgesuchte Gewinde wird auf den Lauf geschnitten
- Die Waffe wird einem Beschussamt zur Prüfung vorgelegt und gesetzeskonform neu beschossen
- Nach abschließender Überprüfung im Haus wird die Waffe per Kurierdienst zurück an den Eigentümer geschickt

Wenn Sie bei uns ein Mündungsgewinde bestellen, ist eine Kürzung des Laufs ohne Mehrpreis zu haben.
- Gewindeschutzkappe in Laufdurchmesser - 39,90€
Passend zur Ihrer Laufkontur können wir Ihnen eine Gewindeschutzkappe anbieten.
Die Kappe wird aus Stahl gefertigt und wird genau auf den Durchmesser Ihres Laufes abgedreht.
So passt die Schutzkappe perfekt zu Ihrem Laufprofil.
