A technically sophisticated shotgun with top components and hand-finished locks. Specifically developed for the competitive demands of top shooters. Removable lock of the highest class. Similar to the Holland & Holland "Sporting," Famars "Excalibur," or Perazzi, the locks can be removed with the trigger group facing down. In the case of Antonio Zoli, this is done by loosening a hex screw with a key included in the delivery. The Kronos model is equipped with an extremely robust locking mechanism. This consists of a split locking wedge that precisely engages in a recess of the monoblock. The result is the optimal interaction between hinge pin, barrel hook recess, and locking wedge, which in turn results in a perfect locking mechanism. The deep seating of the barrel assembly in the receiver and its fixation via the barrel hook recess guarantees a consistently good lock and low locking stress during firing.

Eine technisch ausgereifte Flinte mit Top-Komponenten und von Hand endbearbeiteten Schlossen. Speziell für die Wettkampfansprüche von Spitzenschützen entwickelt. Herausnehmbares Schloss der Spitzenklasse. Ähnlich wie bei der Holland & Holland "Sporting", Famars "Excalibur" oder bei Perazzi, lassen sich die Schlosse mit Abzugsgruppe nach unten entnehmen. Bei Antonio Zoli geschieht dies durch das Lösen einer Sechskantschraube mit einem im Lieferumfang enthaltenen Schlüssel. Das Modell Kronos ist mit einem äußerst robusten Verschluss ausgestattet. Dieser besteht aus einem geteilten Verschlusskeil, der exakt in eine Aussparung des Monoblocks eingreift. Das Ergebnis ist das optimale Zusammenspiel zwischen Scharnierbolzen, Laufhakenaussparung und Verschlusskeil, woraus wiederum eine perfekte Verriegelung resultiert. Der tiefe Sitz des Laufbündels in der Basküle und dessen Fixierung über die Laufhakenaussparung garantiert einen dauerhaft guten Verschluss und eine niedrige Verschlussbelastung während des Schusses.
