The lenses are coated with Leupold's self-developed Multicoat 4 coating, providing the best balance of resolution, brightness, and contrast in this price range. The 1/4 MOA (= 0.73 cm per click at 100 m) click adjustment allows for quick zeroing and corrections without tools at the range or in the field. The LR-Windplex reticle has integrated hold points for long distances, as well as 5 wind hold marks per direction in 1 MOA increments (MOA = minute of angle = angle minute/1 MOA = 2.91 cm at 100 m). The zoom ring is easy to adjust even in the shooting position or while wearing gloves. The diopter adjustment can be quickly and easily performed via the lockable eyepiece.
