Egzemplarz używany przez amerykańskie lotnictwo wojskowe - o czym świadczy oryginalny stempel "U.S.A.F" umieszczony na szkielecie. Pochodzi z zakupów poczynionych przez ten rodzaj sił zbrojnych w zakładach Smith & Wesson w okresie 1960-1969. Dotyczyły one modeli 15-1, 15-2 oraz 15-3 - wszystkie z czterocalowymi lufami.

Oksyda nieoryginalna. Obecny jest erefenowski atest CiP z roku 1993, czyli mniej więcej w tym roku ten egzemplarz trafił do Europy po jego demobilizacji.

Długość lufy 4 cale, system SA/DA, bębenek sześcionabojowe.

Przewód lufy: gwint ostry, całość jest jasna. Niestety, w kilku miejscach obecne są wżery.
