Anwendung
15–30 g Tropähenbleiche pro 300 ml in kaltem Wasser auflösen, das zu bleichende Teil hinein legen und dann langsam bis zum Sieden erhitzen. Danach lässt man es wieder abkühlen. Nach ca. 15 Stunden wird das Präparat mit Wasser gespült bzw. bei noch nicht vollständiger Bleichung der Vorgang wiederholt. So werden auch vergilbte Schädel und andere Präparate wieder reinweiß.
Die verbrauchte Lösung enthält nach dem Erhitzen nur noch Mineralsalze, wie sie in allen Gewässern ohnehin vorkommen. Die Entsorgung kann somit über die Hauskanalisation erfolgen.
