Standaard siliconenvet is vaak dik en klonterig, waardoor het minder geschikt is voor de dynamische beweging van interne regulatoronderdelen. Dit siliconenvet is speciaal ontwikkeld volgens de eigen specificaties van Huma: het verspreidt zich goed over het oppervlak en heeft een uitstekende penetratiegraad. Door de lage viscositeit blijft het vet actief in de regulator en houdt het alle bewegende delen langdurig voorzien van een dunne smeerfilm.
Geschikt voor het onderhoud van alle O-ringen in een luchtbuks, waaronder O-ringen in de druktube, pelletprobe O-ringen en voor de smering van de cilinderwand bij het plaatsen van een regulator in de druktube. Een kleine hoeveelheid is voldoende.
