El DAVE REAMERS FLOATING REAMER HOLDER con un shank de #3 morse taper de la marca MANSON PRECISION es la herramienta ideal para mantener el reamer alineado con el cañón, asegurando cámaras precisas.
Descripción del producto
Este soporte permite que el reamer permanezca paralelo con el orificio, compensando hasta .030″ de desalineación o desgaste entre el tailstock y el chuck. Su amplia superficie de rodadura, junto con componentes endurecidos y rectificados, proporcionan un movimiento suave sin bloqueo de cam-to-center. Además, su cabeza de aluminio de baja masa permite que la herramienta responda rápidamente a la más mínima irregularidad.
El buje de acero endurecido elimina el desgaste en el socket del reamer. El soporte cuenta con shanks intercambiables; está reamed para aceptar un shank con taper de #2 Jacobs. Se suministra con un shank recto de 1/2″ de diámetro.
