El Super Modular Rail MK4 M-LOK™ es la opción ultraligera de M-LOK de Geissele. Estos rails están diseñados específicamente y cuentan con secciones integradas de riel picatinny M1913 en la parte delantera del rail en las posiciones de 3, 6 y 9 en punto.
La ventilación máxima para la disipación del calor también reduce drásticamente el peso total del rail, mientras mantiene su plataforma fuerte y rígida. El rail MK4 M-LOK presenta ranuras M-LOK en las posiciones de 3, 6 y 9 en punto, así como en los cuadrantes superiores de 45°.
