El Redding Competition Bushing Neck Die Set incluye un Competition Bushing Neck Sizing Die, un Body Die y un Competition Bullet Seater. El Neck Sizing Die y el Seater cuentan con ajustes de micrómetro para un control preciso.
Descripción del Producto
Competition Bushing Neck Die: Con este die, el cartucho está completamente soportado y alineado con el bushing de tamaño antes de que comience el proceso de sizing. Durante el proceso, el cartucho se mantiene en la cámara deslizante mientras se mueve hacia arriba, y el bushing de resizing se centra automáticamente en el cuello del cartucho. La varilla de descapado se mantiene en alineación precisa utilizando las partes internas del die como soporte lineal, similar a un percutor. Además, el ajuste de micrómetro de la posición del bushing permite un control exacto sobre la longitud del cuello a dimensionar.
Body Die: Diseñado para redimensionar a lo largo del cuerpo del cartucho y ajustar la posición del hombro para un correcto encaje en la recámara sin alterar el cuello del cartucho.
Competition Bullet Seater: Las tolerancias de fabricación más ajustadas se han logrado gracias a los detalles del sistema de vástago de asiento flotante. La precisión en el ajuste entre la guía del proyectil y el vástago de asiento es tal que se puede demostrar que el vástago de asiento «flota».
