El Redding Competition Bushing Neck Die Set incluye un Competition Bushing Neck Sizing Die, un Body Die y un Competition Bullet Seater. Tanto el Neck Sizing Die como el Seater cuentan con ajustes de micrómetro. Ten en cuenta que los bushings y el shellholder se venden por separado.
Detalles del set:
Competition Bushing Neck Die: Con este die, el cartucho está completamente soportado y alineado con el bushing de sizing antes de que comience el proceso de sizing. Durante el proceso, el cartucho se mantiene en un sleeve deslizante mientras se mueve hacia arriba y el bushing de resizing se centra automáticamente en el cuello del cartucho. La varilla de desarmado se mantiene en una alineación precisa utilizando las partes internas del die como soporte lineal, similar al de un percutor. Además, el ajuste de micrómetro del bushing permite un control preciso sobre la longitud del cuello a dimensionar.
Body Die: Diseñado para dimensionar a lo largo del cuerpo del cartucho y ajustar la posición del hombro para un correcto alojamiento sin alterar el cuello del cartucho.
Competition Bullet Seater: Se han logrado tolerancias de fabricación más ajustadas gracias a los detalles del sistema de stem de asiento flotante. La precisión en el ajuste entre la guía de la bala y el stem de asiento es tal que se puede demostrar que el stem efectivamente «flota».
