The Singing Rock Penta 2 climbing helmet has a tough PC shell that protects the user from sharp objects. The inside is made of PS foam, which absorbs impact force and reduces potential injury to the climber. The shell has slots for attaching a headlamp, recessed to prevent snagging on the user’s clothing or other gear.
The inside of this ultralight helmet for mountaineering, climbing, and via ferratas has a removable one-piece padding that makes washing easy and prevents small, loose parts from getting lost. Its adjustment system uses straps that don’t pinch and provide great comfort. Finally, the chin straps are soft and wide for a comfortable fit. They’re long enough to let the user wear a hat or scarf under the helmet.
