Das Zuiun Santoku Messer verfügt über eine 18 cm lange Klinge im Kiritsuke Stil und einen wunderschön gefertigten Griff aus laminiertem Holz. Der achteckige Griff liegt angenehm in der Hand und lässt sich gut führen. Auf der oberen Seite, am Griffende befindet sich eine hübsche Metall Einlage.
Die Klinge ist im beliebten Kiritsuke Design, mit einer elegant geschwungenen Spitze. Der Damaststahl der Klinge hat 63 Lagen Stahl und einen Kern aus SPG2 High-Tech Stahl. Dies verspricht höchste Schärfe und Langlebigkeit.
