Durch eine ausgereifte Konstruktion haben wir es mit der Hunter Serie geschafft, den sogenannten „first round plop“ komplett zu eliminieren.
Die Teile werden aus einer hochfesten Aluminiumlegierung aus der Luftfahrt- und Rüstungsindustrie auf modernen CNC-Maschinen aus massiven Rohlingen gefräst und gedreht (ausgenommen der aus Polyoxymethylen hergestellten Führung). Die Oberflächen sind zusätzlich gehärtet, coatiert und harteloxiert nach Mil-Spec Typ III schwarz.
