Since its foundation in 2005, Jagdschule Thüringen GmbH in Erfurt has established itself as a renowned center for hunting training. Practical skills in handling game are taught in a game cooling and butchering room designed in accordance with the latest food hygiene guidelines. Here, students learn how to professionally carve the game and prepare it for the kitchen.

Graduates of JST GmbH also benefit from the school's weapons trading license, which allows them to purchase weapons, optics and ammunition at preferential prices.
