French weapon brand. It was the trademark of the Manufacture d’armes des Pyrénées françaises founded in 1923 in Béhobie in the form of Uria & Arenas Frères by José Uria. The factory was located in Hendaye and became MAPF. It is noteworthy that one of the special features of the UNIQUE company was the production of barrels made of stainless steel, whose behavior and reaction when fired (triggering the explosion, passage of the projectile) were recognized as important success factors. As financial difficulties worsened in 1998, the company was on the brink of collapse. MAPF took over the name of its trademark and became "UNIQUE". Französische Waffenmarke. Es war die Handelsmarke der Manufacture d’armes des Pyrénées françaises gegründeten 1923 in Béhobie in der Form Uria & Arenas Frères von José Uria. Die Fabrik befand sich Hendaye und wurde zu MAPF. Es ist anzumerken, dass eine der Besonderheiten des Unternehmens UNIQUE die Herstellung von Läufen aus rostfreiem Stahl war, deren Verhalten und Reaktion beim Abfeuern (Auslösung der Explosion, Durchgang des Geschosses) als wichtige Erfolgsfaktoren erkannt wurden. Als sich die finanziellen Schwierigkeiten im Jahr 1998 verschlimmerten, stand das Unternehmen kurz vor dem Untergang. Der MAPF übernimmt den Namen seiner Handelsmarke und wird „UNIQUE“. Waffen wurden an Sportschützen, Jäger, aber auch an die französische Armee , Stadtpolizei, die Nationalpolizei , den Zoll , das Landesforstamt und Wehrmachtsoffiziere die verkauft.
Ganzstahl-Ausführung, mit außenliegendem Hahn, verstellbarer Abzug und Matchvisierung. Der Sammelklassiker der auch zum Sportschießen und somit keinen Vergleich mit der Walther GSP scheut. Diese französische Top Wettkampfwaffe wird nicht mehr hergestellt, ist aber immer noch eine sehr beliebte Wettkampfwaffe. Im Jahr 1969 erschien die erste Variante der Unique DES 69 Standard UIT. Eine Wettkampfpistole im Kaliber .22lr. Mit dieser Waffe wurde bereits im ersten Jahr, die französische Meisterschaft gewonnen. Die Pistole war schon damals eine hochrangige Pistole im In- und Ausland bei Schießwettbewerbe. Mit dieser neuen Waffe erzielt MAPF weltweit große Erfolge. Eine Waffe, die es auch nach mehr als 30 Jahren immer noch schafft, mit den Besten zu konkurrieren und es ist eine der meisten Pistolen auf dem Markt.
