The Thermtec Cyclops 635L 3.0 is a compact thermal imaging monocular that lets you spot game and other heat sources in complete darkness, as well as through fog and smoke. Designed for observation in the field and woods, it combines a high-resolution thermal imaging sensor with an integrated laser rangefinder, so you can not only detect a target but also determine its distance. The detector has a resolution of 640 x 512 pixels and a fine pixel pitch of 12 µm. The NETD value of less than 15 mK indicates high thermal sensitivity: even slight temperature differences between an animal and its surroundings stand out clearly, producing high-contrast images, especially at dusk and in hazy weather. Super-resolution processing keeps fine details sharp even when you zoom in at high magnification. Choose from six color palettes to adapt the display to the situation and lighting conditions. The 35 mm lens provides 2.5x base magnification, which can be increased smoothly with digital zoom up to 10x. The wide field of view helps you scan large areas quickly. The device can detect larger heat sources at distances of up to around 1800 m. The image appears on a 1600 x 1200 pixel AMOLED display that remains clear even at low temperatures. The eyepiece is comfortable to use even with glasses. The integrated laser rangefinder measures the distance to your target at up to 1000 m and displays it directly in the image. The monocular stores photos and videos internally. It connects via Wi-Fi to the ThermTec Outdoor app, which lets you stream the live image to your smartphone or tablet, share recordings, control the device remotely and update the firmware.
