Fire Skillet fp25: the well-balanced cast-iron all-round size The fp25 combines a diameter of around 25 cm, a capacity of approx. 1.6 liters, and about 2.5–2.6 kg of cast iron with a classic handle and helper handle. For one or two people, it’s much more versatile than the fp20 without taking on the weight of the 30 cm class.
Our honest take
For steak, fried potatoes, vegetables, Kaiserschmarrn, or skillet bread, the fp25 is a very well-balanced size. The handle makes it easy to position over embers and on the grill; the fp25h is often more practical for the oven and space-saving serving.

The fp25 has a long handle and is easier to maneuver; the fp25h has two compact handles and fits better in the oven and in tight storage spaces. Does the pan need to be seasoned again? The surface is already pre-treated. The seasoning develops with further use and care.
