Great voluntary commitment to young wildlife rescue: To learn more about the scope and success of efforts for animal and species protection, Deutsche Wildtierrettung, Deutsche Wildtier Stiftung, and Deutscher Jagdverband conducted a survey on the work of young wildlife rescue teams.
This flyer presents the survey results and provides information about working with drones.
On average, 11 square kilometers of area were searched.
Each team spends 271 hours volunteering for animal protection.
One fawn found per 10 hectares of area.
Nests and young birds were regularly discovered.
Young wildlife is mainly found at the edges of grassland areas.

Ehrenamtlich und effektiv Großer ehrenamtlicher Einsatz für Jungwildrettung: Um mehr über Umfang und Erfolg Einsatzes für den Tier- und Artenschutz zu erfahren, haben die Deutsche Wildtierrettung, die Deutsche Wildtier Stiftung und der Deutsche Jagdverband eine Umfrage über die Arbeit von Jungwildrettungsteams durchgeführt.In diesem Flyer werden die Umfrage-Ergebnisse vorgestellt und über die Arbeit mit der Drohne informiert.Durchschnittlich 11 Quadratkilometer Fläche wurden abgesucht. Jedes Team ist 271 Stunden im Einsatz für ehrenamtlichen Tierschutz. Pro 10 Hektar Fläche ein Rehkitz gefunden. Gelege und Jungvögel wurden regelmäßig entdeckt.
