The RWS TARGET ELITE PLUS match cartridge in caliber .223 Rem. stands for absolute top performance and maximum precision in the sporting long-range segment. Loaded with a heavy, extremely slender 4.5g (69 grs) HPBT match bullet (Hollow Point Boat Tail), this load is uncompromisingly manufactured to handloading quality. The aerodynamically optimized design with characteristic hollow tip and boat tail ensures exceptionally stable flight characteristics, minimized wind drift, and highest repeat accuracy. With a muzzle velocity of 855 m/s and an energy of 1645 Joules, this cartridge is perfectly configured for long-range disciplines at shooting distances of up to 1200 meters as well as for high-end match rifles with corresponding twist rates. RWS guarantees a defined precision requirement at 300 m of a maximum of 16.9 mm to 25 mm standard deviation from test runs.
