The PARD Phoenix 4K 2.0 is a digital riflescope that has been extensively discussed and evaluated with both the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) and the legal counsel of the VDB. Several levels were analyzed, and we can inform you that the use of the PHOENIX 4K 2.0 is to be handled legally similarly to a daytime sighting optic. The legal opinion of the VDB lawyer takes into account the German Weapons Act, the Federal Hunting Act, and the respective state laws.
The ergonomically placed side focus provides unobstructed visibility and direct access at all times. For quick, precise adjustments – whether handheld or mounted on the Picatinny rail or swivel mount. Even with gloves, operation remains comfortable and reliable at all times.
Inspired by the classic daytime riflescope, the flatter, refined knob design combines timeless aesthetics with modern functionality. The enlarged, textured surface provides tangible feedback and allows for smooth, precise adjustments – even under demanding conditions.
The round display, tailored to the natural shape of the human eye, ensures a particularly intuitive viewing experience. In combination with a consistently centered, full-area reticle, it creates a hunting feel similar to that of a classic daytime riflescope.
The powerful 1000m laser rangefinder provides target distance in real-time. The integrated ballistic calculator takes into account parameters such as muzzle velocity and bullet weight, calculating the optimal point of impact solution – for maximum efficiency and precision.
The high-quality aluminum alloy combines low weight with high stability. It offers excellent protection against scratches and wear – even under the toughest conditions during hunting.

Das PARD Phoenix 4K 2.0 ist ein digitales Zielfernrohr, welches sowohl mit dem Bundeskriminalamt (BKA) als auch mit dem Rechtsbeistand des VDB intensiv besprochen und bewertet wurde. Es wurden hierbei mehrere Ebenen analysiert und können Ihnen mitteilen, dass die Verwendung des PHOENIX 4K 2.0 rechtlich ähnlich einer Tageszieloptik zu handhaben ist. Das rechtliche Gutachten des VDB-Anwalts berücksichtigt dabei das deutsche Waffengesetz, das Bundesjagdgesetz sowie die jeweiligen Landesgesetze.
