The range is approximately 2 to 6 meters.

CS-Reizstoff wirkt sofort und unwillkürlich auf die menschlichen Schleimhäute und erzeugt Stechen in den Augen und Nase, Tränen- und Nasenfluss, Niesen Übelkeit, Atembeschwerden, Hautreizungen und Hautbrennen. Die Reizwirkungen sind abhängig von der Reizstoff-Konzentration.

Die Reichweite beträgt ca. 2 bis 6 Meter.
