Description
Fusion Firearms XP PRO – All-steel pistol with double-stack frame
The XP PRO is the result of a collaboration between the American manufacturer Fusion Firearms – founded by Bob Serva, known for reviving legendary brands like Dan Wesson and Wildey – and the Turkish company Ermox. The result is a semi-compact 1911 semi-automatic with a double-row steel grip that accepts standard Glock magazines (17 rounds, 9 mm) – and at a very attractive price.
Barrel & Mechanics
The 4-inch bull barrel with integrated feed ramp and Tenifer coating comes from Clark Custom, one of the most renowned barrel specialists for 1911 pistols. It is coupled with a one-piece recoil spring guide rod for reliable operation.
Slide
The steel slide (Tenifer, black or hard chrome) features large front and rear serrations as well as two L-shaped cutouts in the muzzle area for weight reduction. It is optics-ready with RMR/SRO footprint; adapter plates for Trijicon RMR, C-MORE, and Leupold DeltaPoint Pro are included. The Novak sights (dovetail) remain fully usable with the mounted optic.
Grip & Features
The steel grip features a Picatinny rail, aluminum grip panels with chain pattern, and finely textured front and rear. Additional details: Wilson grip safety, removable mini magwell, skeletonized single-action trigger, and skeletonized hammer made of machined steel. The oversized slide stop lever is located on the left side. The chrome version visually highlights the slide, beavertail, and thumb safety through hard chrome plating.
