With the Osprey 4K, Pard presents a compact multispectral binocular in 4K quality with many features at an excellent price-performance ratio. The following components are included in the comfortably and fatigue-free manageable binocular housing:
Compact and ergonomic
The all-in-one device Osprey 4K from Pard has a compact and ergonomically refined handy design, it feels pleasant in the hands. The housing and its optical and electronic interior are of high quality. The controls are located on the top and are intuitively arranged, allowing for easy adjustment of the device and menu navigation while observing. The image stabilization compensates for the movements of the device – such as shaking caused by cold in winter – and ensures consistently steady images. The device is powered by a 21700 mAh battery.
The Sensors
The proprietary sensor developed by Pard with a resolution of 256x192 px and a pixel pitch of 12 µm detects even small temperature differences well, with a NETD value of ≤15 mK. Even in humid weather or fog, wildlife can be distinguished and identified from its environment. The digital optical 4K sensor has a size of 3,840x2,160 px. The 25 mm thermal lens has a 5x magnification, while the day and night vision lens is 50 mm and magnifies 6 times.
The Display
The data processed by the Pard image algorithm is displayed on a 1920x2160 px OLED display. The images are sharp, high-contrast, and detailed, and the software also offers advanced image enhancement features. The videos and images taken with the camera can be stored on a removable micro SD card with a capacity of up to 128 GB.
Laser Rangefinder and IR Illuminator
For accurate target acquisition and to place the optimal shot, knowing the exact distance to the wildlife is advantageous – both day and night. Therefore, the Osprey 4K has an integrated laser rangefinder with a range of 1,000 m. The infrared illuminator can be swapped out as needed between an 850 nm and a 940 nm variant.

Kompakt und ergonomisch

Das Gehäuse und sein optisches und elektronisches Innenleben sind hochwertig verarbeitet. Die Bedienelemente liegen auf der Oberseite und sind intuitiv angeordnet, die Einstellung des Geräts und die Menü-Navigation können mühelos während des Beobachtens bewerkstelligt werden. Die Bildstabilisierung gleicht die Bewegungen des Geräts – etwa ein durch Kälte im Winter verursachtes Zittern – aus und sorgt für stets ruhige Bilder. Die Sensoren
Der von Pard hauseigen entwickelte Sensor mit einer Auflösung von 256x192 px und einem Pixelabstand von 12 µm erkennt gut auch kleine Wärmeunterschiede, der NETD-Wert liegt bei ≤15 mK. Auch bei feuchtem Wetter oder Nebel kann das Wild von seiner Umwelt unterscheiden und identifiziert werden. Der digital-optische 4K-Sensor hat eine Größe von 3.840x2.160 px. Das 25 mm große thermische Objektiv hat eine 5x-Vergrößerung, das Tages- und Nachtsicht-Objektiv ist 50 mm groß und vergrößert um das 6-fache.
Das Display
Die von dem Pard-Bild-Algorithmus verarbeiteten Daten werden auf einem 1920x2160-px-OLED-Display angezeigt. Die Bilder sind scharf, kontrastreich und detailliert, die Software bietet außerdem erweiterte Funktionen zur Bildverbesserung. Die mit der Kamera angefertigten Videos und Bilder können auf der eingelegten Micro-SD-Karte mit einer Kapazität von 32 GB gespeichert werden.
Laser-Entfernungsmesser und IR-Aufheller
Für eine genaue Zielerfassung und um den optimalen Schuss zu platzieren, ist das Wissen um die genaue Entfernung des Wildes von Vorteil – am Tag wie in der Nacht. Deshalb hat das Osprey 4K einen integrierten Laser-Entfernungsmesser mit einer Reichweite von 1.000 m. Der Infrarot-Strahler hat eine Wellenlänge von 940 nm.
