The ergonomic design of the MR223, with its ambidextrous controls, represents a balanced combination of handling and control. All operating functions are user-friendly and positioned for easy access. This allows for quick transitions from right to left shooting positions, enabling problem-free operation by left-handed shooters.
The semi-automatic rifle MR223 A3 in caliber .223 Remington combines the world-renowned AR-15 architecture with the unique reliability of the G36 gas piston system. The A3 version is fully ambidextrous. The revised magazine well complies with NATO-STANAG 4179 (Draft).

Die ergonomische Bauform des MR223 stellt mit seinen beidseitigen Bedienelementen eine ausgewogene Kombination aus Handling und Kontrolle dar. Alle Bedienfunktionen sind anwenderfreundlich gestaltet und gut erreichbar positioniert. Hierdurch werden schnelle Wechsel von Rechts- auf Linksanschlag ermöglicht und somit auch die problemlose Bedienung durch Linksschützen.
Die Selbstladebüchse MR223 A3 im Kaliber .223 Remington verbindet die weltbekannte AR-15 Architektur mit der einzigartigen Zuverlässigkeit des G36-Gaskolbensystems. Die Version A3 ist vollständig beidseitig bedienbar. Der überarbeitete Magazinschacht entspricht dem NATO-STANAG 4179 (Draft).
