The ThermTec Cyclone 315 is designed as a handy thermal imaging monocular for short to medium distances. Weighing only 255 g, it sits comfortably in the hand and can be operated with one hand – regardless of whether it is held left or right. The 3-second quick start ensures that the device is practically ready for use without delay.
Thermal sensor for clear detail representation
The 384 × 288 sensor with NETD < 20 mK clearly displays wildlife even at low temperature contrasts. Combined with the 15-mm optics, the Cyclone 315 is particularly suitable for forest areas, baiting spots, and close-range observation.
Stable image through AI calibration
The integrated AI-based image calibration learns from recurring environmental conditions and ensures consistently sharp images. Frequent calibration interruptions are reduced, making observation significantly smoother.
Multi-target distance measurement via AI
When the device detects multiple heat sources, the integrated AI distance measurement automatically measures the distances to each target. This facilitates distance estimation without additional operating actions.
Customizable display for long observations
Three image modes (forest, target outline, silhouette) and six color palettes allow for adjustment to the area, weather, and personal preferences. The 0.39-inch AMOLED display with 1024 × 768 pixels remains comfortable for the eyes even during prolonged use.
Long runtime and robust construction
With a replaceable 18650 Li-ion battery, the Cyclone 315 achieves up to 10 hours of runtime. With a second battery, up to 20 hours of operation is possible. The housing is protected against dust and water according to IP67 and is designed for use at temperatures from −20 °C to +50 °C.

Das ThermTec Cyclone 315 ist als handliches Wärmebildmonokular für kurze bis mittlere Distanzen ausgelegt. Mit einem Gewicht von nur 255 g liegt es ausgewogen in der Hand und lässt sich einhändig bedienen – unabhängig davon, ob links oder rechts geführt. Der 3-Sekunden-Schnellstart sorgt dafür, dass das Gerät praktisch verzögerungsfrei einsatzbereit ist.

Mehrziel-Entfernungsmessung per KI
Erkennt das Gerät mehrere Wärmequellen, misst die integrierte KI-Entfernungsmessung automatisch die Distanzen zu den einzelnen Zielen. Das erleichtert die Einschätzung von Entfernungen, ohne zusätzliche Bedienhandlungen.
Anpassbare Darstellung für lange Beobachtungen
Drei Bildmodi (Wald, Zielkontur, Silhouette) sowie sechs Farbpaletten erlauben eine Anpassung an Revier, Witterung und persönliche Vorlieben. Das 0,39-Zoll-AMOLED-Display mit 1024 × 768 Pixeln bleibt auch bei längerer Nutzung angenehm für die Augen.
Lange Laufzeit und robuste Bauweise
Mit einem wechselbaren 18650-Li-Ion-Akku erreicht das Cyclone 315 bis zu 10 Stunden Laufzeit. Mit einem zweiten Akku sind bis zu 20 Stunden Betrieb möglich. Das Gehäuse ist nach IP67 gegen Staub und Wasser geschützt und für den Einsatz bei Temperaturen von −20 °C bis +50 °C ausgelegt.
