Schreckschusspistole Record Modell COP blued caliber 9mm P.A.K. in blank cartridge set - including 3x 50 blank cartridges "shoot-club" edition, 1x spare magazine - The Record Modell COP blank firing pistol has its sharp counterpart in the Jericho 941 from IMI. The "Baby Eagle" hits the mark with its design and enjoys great popularity worldwide. Technically, it is based on the Czech CZ 75. It is modern without appearing too futuristic. 6 cartridges of caliber 9mm P.A.K fit into the single-row steel magazine. The blank pistol adds a small accent with its matte black color. Despite the low price, a manual safety has not been omitted. In addition, the signal pistol features a combined single/double action trigger. Our assessment When testing a blank firing pistol from the lower price segment, one approaches the matter with significantly lower expectations. Therefore, we were somewhat surprised by the quality of the Record Modell COP gas pistol. Even though the weapon is largely made of zinc die-cast, essential functional parts are made of steel. These include a few lock parts as well as the breech block. The surface of the signal pistol makes a good impression. There are no burrs or machining marks. The bluing, which comes in a matte finish here, does not need to hide. The grip panels are made of plastic and are quite robust, which is also beneficial for larger hands. The slide of the pistol runs smoothly without too much lateral play. The spring of the side magazine release button is tight enough to prevent accidental magazine release. The trigger characteristics are also not bad for a blank firing pistol. In the uncocked state, accidental discharge is effectively prevented, and when cocked, there is even a kind of pressure point. A special feature is the absence of a slide catch lever. In the case of the COP, the slide is held by the follower of the empty magazine. Finally, we conducted a small shooting test. We checked 4 types of ammunition (steel and brass cases) with 2 magazine loads each. We did not observe any anomalies or malfunctions. The weapon functioned absolutely reliably. Overall, we are positively impressed by the Record Modell COP gas/signal pistol. You get a reliable, inexpensive weapon that is very well suited for carrying due to its compact design. Schreckschusspistole Record Modell COP brüniert Kaliber 9mm P.A.K. im Platzpatronen-Set- inkl. 3x 50 Platzpatronen "shoot-club" Edition, 1x Ersatz-Magazin - Die Record Modell COP Schreckschusspistole hat ihr scharfes Vorbild in der Jericho 941 von IMI. Die "Baby Eagle" trifft mit ihrem Design den Zahn der Zeit und erfreut sich weltweit großer Beliebtheit. Technisch basiert sie auf der tschechichen CZ 75. Sie ist modern ohne dabei zu futuristisch zu wirken. 6 Patronen des Kalibers 9mm P.A.K passen in das einreihige Stahlblechmagazin. Einen kleinen Akzent setzt die Gaspistole durch die Farbgebung in schwarz matt. Trotz des niedrigen Preises wurde nicht auf eine manuelle Sicherung verzichtet. Zudem verfügt die Signalpistole über einen kombinierten Single-/Double Action Abzug. Unsere EinschätzungWenn man eine Schreckschuss Pistole aus dem unteren Preissegment testet, geht man mit deutlich niedrigeren Erwartungen an die Sache ran. Daher waren wir von der Qualität der Record Modell COP Gas-Pistole etwas überrascht. Auch wenn die Waffe zu großen Teilen aus Zinkdruckguss gefertigt wurde, bestehen doch wesentliche Funktionsteile aus Stahl. Dazu zählen ein paar Schlossteile sowie der Stoßboden. Die Oberfläche der Signal-Pistole macht einen guten Eindruck. Es finden sich keine Grate oder Bearbeitungsspuren. Auch die Brünierung, welch hier in einer matten Optik daherkommt, muss sich nicht verstecken. Die Griffschalen bestehen aus Kunststoff und sind recht stark ausgeführt, was auch großen Händen zuträglich ist. Der Schlitten der Pistole läuft sauber ohne zu viel seitliches Spiel. Die Feder des seitlichen Magazinauswurfknopfes ist straff genug um ein versehentliches lösen des Magazins zu unterbinden. Auch die Abzugscharakteristik ist für eine Schreckschuss-Pistole nicht schlecht. Im ungespannten Zustand wird eine zufällige Schussauslösung wirksam verhindert und vorgespannt ergibt sich sogar eine Art Druckpunkt. Eine Besonderheit ist der fehlende Schlittenfanghebel. Im Fall der Cop wird der Schlitten vom Zubringer des leeren Magazins gehalten. Abschließend haben wir noch den kleinen Schusstest durchgeführt. Wir haben dafür 4 Munitionssorten (Stahl- und Messinghülsen) mit je 2 Magazinfüllungen überprüft. Wir konnten keine Auffälligkeiten oder Störungen beobachten. Die Waffe funktionierte absolut zuverlässig.Insgesamt sind wir von der Record Modell Cop Gas-/Signalpistole positiv angetan. Man erhält eine zuverlässige günstige Waffe, welche sich durch ihre kompakte Bauform sehr gut zum Führen eignet.
