Spitzer Morion Helmet with Leather Liner - a simple yet beautiful helmet made of steel from the first half of the 16th century, including an adjustable leather liner and chin strap.

The pointed Morion helmet is a historical piece associated with the armor of the 16th and 17th centuries. It is characterized by its distinctive high peak and protective shape, which provides good protection for the face and head. The leather liner adds extra comfort and a better fit by adapting the helmet to the head and absorbing impacts. Such helmets are not only functional but also a fascinating collector's item for history and armor enthusiasts.

These helmets were primarily worn by unmounted mercenaries and pikemen, later also by city guards and life guards.

Der spitze Morion Helm ist ein historisches Stück, das mit der Rüstung des 16. und 17. Jahrhunderts in Verbindung gebracht wird. Er zeichnet sich durch seine charakteristische, hohe Spitze und die schützende Form aus, die das Gesicht und den Kopf gut schützt. Das Lederinlet sorgt für zusätzlichen Komfort und eine bessere Passform, indem es den Helm an den Kopf anpasst und Stöße abfedert. Solche Helme sind nicht nur funktional, sondern auch ein faszinierendes Sammlerstück für Geschichts- und Rüstungsenthusiasten.

Diese Helme wurden vorwiegend von unberittenen Landsknechten und Pikenieren getragen, später auch von Stadtwachen und Leibgarden.
