The Secacam 3 metal housing from Zeiss securely protects your wildlife camera from damage, theft, and vandalism

The metal housing is made of solid steel and completely encloses the Secacam 3 wildlife camera. The cutouts for the controls are precisely shaped. The connection at the bottom of the wildlife camera remains accessible in the housing for an external power source. There is a small gap between the camera and the housing that acts as a buffer against impacts and other external influences. The slots on the side allow rainwater to drain directly. A magnet has been implemented in the locking element, ensuring that the housing is always fully closed. Additionally, if needed, an external padlock can be attached to the housing, or a cable lock can be secured through the designated eyelets on the back (padlock and cable lock are not included). The full camouflage pattern effectively conceals your Secacam 3 wildlife camera in its surroundings.

Mounting the housing is incredibly simple. Its back offers various options:

Using a ¼‘‘ thread, the housing can be screwed onto tripod mounts.
Through two slots, the tree strap included with the wildlife camera can be threaded.
Finally, the housing can be directly screwed onto a surface, such as a house wall.

Das Secacam 3 Metallgehäuse von Zeiss schützt Ihre Wildkamera sicher vor Beschädigungen, Diebstahl und Vandalismus

Das Metallgehäuse ist aus solidem Stahl gefertigt und umschließt die Secacam 3 Wildkamera komplett. Die Aussparungen für die Bedienelemente sind passgenau ausgeschnitten. Der Anschluss unten an der Wildkamera bleibt im Gehäuse für eine externe Stromquelle zugänglich. Zwischen Kamera und Gehäuse besteht ein kleiner Abstand, der als Puffer bei Stößen und sonstiger äußerer Einwirkung fungiert. Durch die an der Seite angebrachten Schlitze kann Regenwasser direkt abfließen. In dem Verschlusselement wurde ein Magnet implementiert, der dafür sorgt, dass das Gehäuse stets vollständig verschlossen ist. Zusätzlich kann bei Bedarf an dem Gehäuse ein externes Vorhängeschloss oder durch dafür vorgesehene Ösen an der Rückseite ein Kabelschloss angebracht werden (Vorhänge- und Kabelschloss sind nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten). Das vollflächige Camouflage-Muster tarnt Ihre Secacam 3-Wildkamera wirkungsvoll in ihrer Umgebung.

Die Montage des Gehäuses ist denkbar einfach. Seine Rückseite sieht dafür diverse Möglichkeiten vor:

Mittels eines ¼‘‘-Gewindes kann das Gehäuse auf Stativhalterungen geschraubt werden.
Durch zwei Schlitze kann der Baumgurt, der im Lieferumfang der Wildkamera enthalten ist, gezogen werden.
Schließlich kann das Gehäuse direkt an einer Oberfläche, wie z. B. einer Hauswand, angeschraubt werden.
