KA-Bar USMC Combat Knife with Serrated Edge - the blade, hardened to about 57° Rockwell and coated in black, is made of 1095 carbon steel (not stainless) and features a partial serration. The handle is made of compressed leather discs. Each knife comes with a high-quality leather sheath.
Its legendary quality made it the epitome of an entire knife category during World War II. Even today, nearly 70 years later, the most famous combat knife in the world is widely used among troops.

KA-Bar USMC Kampfmesser mit Wellenschliff die auf ca. 57° Rockwell gehärtete und schwarz beschichtete Klinge ist aus 1095er Kohlenstoffstahl (nicht rostfrei) und mit einer partiellen Sägezahnung versehen. Der Griff ist aus gepressten Lederscheiben. Zu jedem Messer gehört eine hochwertig verarbeitete Lederscheide.
Seine legendäre Qualität machte es während des 2. Weltkrieges zum Inbegriff für eine ganze Messergattung. Noch heute fast 70 Jahre später ist das bekannteste Kampfmesser der Welt in der Truppe weit verbreitet.
