The blade: Was hand-forged from 1095 carbon steel and treated with clay tempering, resulting in a hardness of about 60 HRC at the edge and about 40 HRC at the spine. This ensures excellent cutting properties and durability of the blade. Blade type: Maru, finely sharpened. Real, very sharp Hamon! The handle: Is made of solid wood. The blade is held in place by 2 bamboo pegs in the handle for 100% secure hold. The sword sheath: Made of wood, black lacquered. This sword has been stripped of any kind of frills! It is simply a very well-forged, plain Wakizashi, just like a Samurai would have carried in battle. Die Klinge: Wurde aus 1095er Kohlenstoffstahl von Hand geschmiedet und mit Lehmhrtung bearbeitet, was zu einer Hrte von ca. 60 HRC an der Schneide und ca. 40 HRC am Klingenrcken fhrt. Das sorgt fr beste Schnitteigenschaften und Langlebigkeit der Klinge Klingentyp: Maru, scharf geschliffen. Echte, sehr schne Hamon! Der Griff: Ist aus Massivholz gefertigt.
